It sucks. All I have on my mind is thomas. I miss him so much. God, i don't know what to do without him here. I only have a month left. then we are together. But how long is that? Today was a day...went to the doctors, for nothing obviously. Then I went to another clinic, didnt help. I did get a letter from my husband though. It's not as goth as i like..but reminds me of me..

I haven't spoke much about this, but today is the day I start without any type of pain medicine for my back. I am or am told supposed to be on it for the rest of my life. I refuse to. I am 28 years old. I have a fractured back, and a slipped disk. I have decided to start working out, taking vitiams and NO MORE pain medicine. I have been worked up ( Read more... )

Today, I got up, and I had a horrible migraine. I have been planning to start exercising for a week. I wanted to get some strength back from my fractured back. Well, instead of turning around...when I was out driving the store, I drove right on to the gym. I am so proud of myself. I worked out and feel great about it.
